Yingtai's self built mold processing center can produce about 10-15 units of liquid silica gel mold per month, which can provide product design, analysis and evaluation, mold design, analysis, evaluation and processing to the guests. The mould is designed by UG, SOLIDWORKS, PRO/E and other software, and the whole 3D is designed. At the same time, MOLDFLOW can be used for flow analysis, and the risk is controlled at the front end of the process, ensuring the quality and delivery time of the mould. Yingtai mold house currently has 3 large precision CNC, 2 mirror sparks, 2 ZNC sparks, 2 surface grinder, 1 vertical turret milling machines and other processing equipment, ensuring accuracy of the die from the accuracy of the equipment.
